2. Choose thread color for monogram from 2nd drop down box- "Tone on Tone" will be 
the same color as the bag color for a very subtle appearance to the monogram
3. Leave the monogram information in the "Notes" section when checking out 
(first, LAST, middle format*) and the font style (see chart) you would like.
